Your citizen article

Hello!

As you have seen, I put a warning in your article because of lack of content. The rule is a part of Wiki policies in order to increase the quality of the articles. However, since you said you don't have time for it now, I will move the article into your sandbox and you can edit it later when you have time. If you need assistance, you can check the tutorial or you can message me or write in the bar. When you're done, you can move the page back to the main namespace.
