Citizen Page

Hi. I removed the citizen template from your user page. The citizen template is ONLY for Citizen pages. Citizen pages are for where you talk about what you are doing in the game. User pages are for talking about what you are doing in the wiki. (All of this is explained in the Citizen Page Tutorial, linked above.)
