Welcome message

I would like to change the last sentence to the welcome message into something like: And remember, if you ever need any assistance, check out the sidebar on the left for help with Editing, Policies, or Templates and feel free to simply say hello, or ask any question in the Bar, which you should visit every time you log on to the wiki to check are there any discussions.

Fine with me! :)) Maybe with the last part "which you should visit every time you log on to the wiki to check are there any discussions."
