Citizen Template problem

Citizen Romper has reached Level 147, however, only first 2 digits are displayed in Citizen Template... So his profile shows Romper as Level 14.

Is it possible to increase number of digits displayed to - at least 3?

military rank images

in this article the "sources" also refer to the article itself. I recommend to remove the link which refers to the forum and to add a sentence which explains, that these links refered to the Laws in former times.
