jotapelx was born in June 2011, fruit of an unlawful spam campaign by Skeble.
His first friends in the game were Helder Medeiros and PretenderHT, convincing him to join the FARP and the P.O.R.R.A.D.A. party.
Military
Based on the propaganda of Helder Medeiros, He thought that FARP was the actual Armed Forces of Portugal, but after a few days inside the MU he realized that it was just a propaganda machine and that most of the promises of distribution, etc. were just a scam for young players.
Leaving FARP he went to FAP (the Actual Armed Forces of Portugal) and waited, and waited to be part of the army. But instead, he just got a lousy and bad response. At the same time he was invited by marcelosantos to come to SPA (in his multiple SPAM messages internally to try to catch players from other MUs)
jotapelx was part of SPA from September 2011 till March 2012. During that time he was one of the first members to be actively part of the IRC channel, which was in its infancy concerning SPA.
In March there is a big commotion with SPA, with the acceptance of Serbians (active PTOers) inside SPA, creating a cism and 3 members (eGo Topo, teXou and Janad0) left the MU and created a new one: TIF. jotapelx was captain of the 10th Regiment in SPA and waited for his mandate to finish and follow them to help in the creation of the MU.
At the End of March, jotapelx was working actively with TIF.
Newspaper
In February 2012, he started to create statistics reports of the game in a newspaper called Ipsis Verbis. Extracting data from Elections, Regions, population, resources, Treasuries and Organizations. The newspaper started to publish on daily basis information of markets.
Politics
Invited by csc11 to be part of the government in March 2012, starting to get a feeling of the office and its work.
In June, jotapelx was invited to be MoF, which he didn't imagine it would be as troublesome as it was. At the end of the first mandate he managed to recreate a full new set of government sheets to allow more clear transparency and control of the data. July was his second term as MoF, where most of the sheets were being used for the first time, and there was the need to make some refinements and corrections. The distribution of FAP moved to a form based aproach.
August was his third term as MoF, the processes were smoother but there was an infamous campaign by Ze Alface concerning the transparency of the data.
In September, he was just helping the MoF Xiolas, but due to RL issues, jotapelx was responsible for another month of the MoF. During this month accepted to be as Assistant Economy Organizer of EDEN.
In October, as part of a campaign to have a strong government, he accepted to be MoF one last time (for the time being). In November, he left the government almost completely (just helping to fill and correct the government sheets). Defined as the Economy Organizer of EDEN.
After this, he started talking of himself, in the third person.
