Central Transdanubia is a region of Hungary.
It became part of Romania on September 5, 2008 as a result of World War I, but in January 2009 Hungary liberated it. Capital city of the region is Szekesfehervar, or Székesfehérvár. Central Transdanubia is currently under the control of Hungary.
