History
The Polish invasion of France was taking place, where Spain, that was renting regions with special resources to Venezuela, was helping with Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) to Poland for erasing France off the map. Portugal, only with Lisboa and Alentejo at that moment, declared Spain Natural Enemy. Spain declared back and Colombia copies Portugal. While Portugal attacked spanish motherland, Colombia attacked venezuelan territories of Spain.
Days after, Venezuela was liberating their regions more from Colombia, and decided to declared them Natural Enemy. It was two against two. A little later, Spain was erased from South America, so it turned Spain vs Portugal and Colombia vs Venezuela.
At the end of September, Mexico joined spanish-venezuelan side, attacking Colombia. As it seemed to be close to an end, Spain agreed with Venezuela to declared them Natural Enemy and started conquering the territories that Spain used to rent to Venezuela. Spain would erase Venezuela off the map and then they could liberate some regions. After that, Spain would go after Colombia.
Things changed the day Taiwan entered to the war, bordering with the new colombian regions of Mexico with their philippine regions. They attacked Mexico and reached their motherland, but then mexicans fought back and erased them from South America.
Canada also wanted to help to portuguese side and attacked Spain at Azores. At the same time they were fighting, Poland attacked Canada and closed border between Spain and Canada.
The Norte Agreement proposition
After months of war, Spain and Portugal presidents reached agreement in which portuguese will be able to free all of their regions but they will rent Norte to Spain because of the resources.
Be it agreed this 1,792th day of the New World that the nations of Spain and Portugal, as well as the alliances of CTRL and EDEN accept and endorse the following terms:
Spain will end its open wars with Portugal as soon as possible. Spain will liberate all Portugal regions.
Portugal will free their remaining original regions through Resistance Wars. No nation other than Spain and Portugal will interfere with this action.
Portugal yields Spain the region of Norte in exchange for 50k cc per month. This payment must be done every 6th of the corresponding month.
The Portuguese Government and all EDEN members agree they will neither start, support, nor condone Resistance Wars in Norte during the duration of this agreement.
If a Resistance War is started and it is successful, Spain will NE Portugal, conquer the liberated region and end the war. No nation other than Spain and Portugal will interfere with this action.
Portugal agrees not to open any wars against Spain and vice versa.
The term of this agreement shall be of one month, with the option given to extend it for another month if both governments and their respective alliances agree to do so.
But congress of the countries weren't consulted, and the agreement was cancelled.
