The First NaN Basketball Cup is the premier tournament of the NaN Unity Cup. The tournament began on August 19, 2013 and finished on August 22, 2013 All games were played at the Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City, Luzon. The tournament was sponsored by Bamboo Group of Companies and Meralco.

Format
The tournament format is as follows:
- Single round-robin eliminations, with each of the 4 teams playing 3 games. Each team plays the other teams once.
- Top two teams will advance to the championship. Bottom two teams will advance to the bronze medal match. The teams will be ranked by win percentage. Ties will be broken by point difference, then by the scores in the games between the tied teams. If the tie persists, tie-breaker game/s will be played.
