Why the Celio Azevedo wiki page keep being changed without the discussion permition first? It will be reported next time.

- It keeps being edited because your edits were not constructive and actually decreased the information this page offered. No one owns the page in Wiki so we don't need your permission to edit this page. However edits that decrease the quality of the article will be reverted. I have now fixed all the links that you broke(see Naming policy) and rewritten the article in the past form because this citizen is banned from game. If you have problem with it, leave a message here and we'll sort it out. --

I´m going to report this to see if this wrong or not. Since that you can edit, you have to discuss it before.

Added information about Celio Azevedo's death. I could write a whole lot more but I'd probably stray from neutrality. It's worth pointing out that Carlos Bianchi is Celio Azevedo in a new account - proven by himself in one of his many newspapers.
