Mysterious past
A little is known about early life of Minamoto Rika, one day she found herself in the middle of the street in one of Shikoku's towns without any memories of past, nor family. To survive she started doing part-time jobs at the local production center. One afternoon she went as always to job, and found out that company was going out of business. However Minamoto-a skillfull worker, quickly found another job in roland_up's company.
A way to new life
In new, stable company, she worked every day giving her very best. It wasn't long when Roland_up - the manager of the company she worked in and Democratic Party of Japan's president, noticed her potential. After some meetings, Minamoto Rika joined the DPoJ to "serve the nation". In her very first days in DPoJ she assisted in measures like blocking PTO candidates.
Serving the nation
After elections in November she became involved in domestic politics. She has joined Japanese Imperial Army as well. Being a reliable congresswoman, she was re-elected in December. Currently she is known mostly as one of the most active soldiers.
