ONE Alliance Charter
The parties signing this treaty agree with and take the following contract liabilities:
1. Sovereignty
Member nations have the right to control of all original regions granted to them by eRepublik. Any occupation or attack on an original region of a member nation, unless hitherto agreed to be leased or relinquished, shall be regarded as an act of aggression, and every and all strategic effort shall be made to repel the aggressor by all fellow member nations.
2. Security
Member nations have the right to secure the sovereign government of our nations. Any effort or action from person or persons either unknown or representing a foreign entity which undermines a member's sovereign government shall be met with co-ordinated resistance by all fellow member nations.
3. Economic affairs
Member nations have the right to a stable and secure economy. Trade and economic co-ordination between member nations are encouraged and any effort to destabilize a members economy will be met with co-ordinated resistance by all fellow member nations.
4. Country development
Member nations have the right to secure and high quality defensive infrastructure. All member nations will coordinate to ensure the safety of all fellow member nations through development of hospitals, defence systems and military companies.
5. Diplomacy
Member nations have the right to positive relations with other member nations. All member nations will coordinate to ensure positive communication, both at government and media level, between all fellow member nations.
6. Democracy
Member nations have the right to equal voice and participation within the alliance. Member nations reserve the right of jurisdiction for affairs which take place within their borders and remit. All member nations will co-operate to ensure democratic values are upheld between all fellow member nations.
7. Military
Member nations have the right of jurisdiction in their own military affairs. All member nations can, and are encouraged to, coordinate military training and activities with those of the Alliance military.
