Article I: Statement of Intention
This treaty between eSwitzerland and eSlovenia is to ensure peace and collaboration. Both sides, with good will and intentions, sign it for the formation of new good relations and the possibilities that await in the future.
Article II: Pre-Liberation Provisions
Before eSwitzerland’s permanet region, Romandie, is liberated, both nations must agree to these provisions:
1. eSwitzerland’s provisions:
- a) eSwitzerland’s President signs this treaty.
- b) eSwitzerland agrees to make a deposit of 30 GOLD and 30,000 CHF into the eSlovenian National Bank
- c) eSwitzerland’s government will finalize a proper Training War Plan with eSlovenia.
2. eSlovenia’s provisions:
- a) eSlovenia’s President signs this treaty.
- b) eSlovenia’s government will finalize a proper Training War Plan with eSwitzerland.
Article III: Swiss Liberation Procedure
1. eSwitzerland will start a Resistance War in Svizzera Italiana and liberate it.
2. eSwitzerland will start a Resistance War in Romandie and liberate it.
3. eSlovenia proposes eSwitzerland as their Natural Enemy, and then eSwitzerland. proposes eSlovenia as their Natural Enemy.
4. eSlovenia attacks Svizzera Italiana and conquers it.
5. eSwitzerland will start a Resistance War in Graubunden and liberate it.
6. eSlovenia attacks Romandie and conquers it.
7. eSlovenia attacks Graubunden and conquers it.
8. eSwitzerland and eSlovenia will automatically have peace because eSwitzerland will have no regions left.
9. eSwitzerland will start a Resistance War in Romandie and liberate it.
- Switzerland must have Romandie liberated before the Congress elections -
Article IV: Post-Liberation Provisions
After eSwitzerland’s permanent region, Romandie, is liberated, both nations must agree to these provisions:
1. eSwitzerland’s provisions:
- a) eSwitzerland may only accept Mutual Protection Pacts after consulting the eSlovenian government.
- b) eSwiss government members agree to not support nor fight in any eSwiss Resistance Wars against eSlovenia.
- c) eSwiss government members agree to not support nor fight against eSlovenia.
- d) eSwiss government members agree to fully cooperate with eSlovenia’s government.
2. eSlovenia’s provisions:
- a) eSlovenia agrees to return eSwitzerland’s deposit of 30 GOLD and 30,000 CHF into the eSwiss National Bank after 15 days of signing this treaty.
- b) eSlovenian government members agree to fully cooperate with eSwitzerland’s government.
- c) eSlovenia agrees to always ensure that eSwitzerland has atleast one permanent region, Romandie, at all times, and will not interfere with eSwitzerland’s Congress Elections.
Article V: Military Pact
1. Both eSwitzerland and eSlovenia shall offer full military commitment to aiding each other to ensure the Training War runs smoothly.
2. Should eSwitzerland or eSlovenia discover intelligence that could affect the security of either country, this information must be shared. It must remain in the congress chambers of each nation, or, depending on the magnitude of the sensitivity, just between the executive staff (Presidents and Defence Ministers).
Article VI: Training Wars
1. If eSwitzerland and eSlovenia are involved in a training war with each other again after eSwitzerland’s liberation, negotiations must be made between the two governments.
2. The eSlovenian Minister of Defence has the authority to declare when there shall and shall not be a Training War.
3. In the event that there is a Training War, these are the procedures which it should follow:
- 1a) eSwitzerland will start a Resistance War in Graubunden and liberate it.
- 1b) eSlovenia proposes eSwitzerland as their Natural Enemy, and then eSwitzerland. proposes eSlovenia as their Natural Enemy.
- 1c) eSlovenia attacks Romandie and conquers it.
- 1d) eSwitzerland will start a Resistance War in Svizzera Italiana and liberate it.
- 2a) eSlovenia attacks Graubunden and conquers it.
- 2b) eSwitzerland will start a Resistance War in Romandie and liberate it.
- 2c) eSlovenia attacks Svizzera Italiana and conquers it.
- 2d) eSwitzerland will start a Resistance War in Graubunden and liberate it.
- 2e) eSlovenia attacks Romandie and conquers it.
- 2f) eSwitzerland will start a Resistance War in Svizzera Italiana and liberate it.
- 2g) eSlovenia attacks Graubunden and conquers it.
- 2h) eSlovenia attacks Svizzera Italiana and conquers it.
- 2a) eSlovenia attacks Graubunden and conquers it.
- 3a) Repeat steps 1 to 2, perhaps the region capturing sequence will differ, but as long as Slovenia still has a cattle region, then the sequence does not matter.

- 4a) eSwitzerland and eSlovenia will automatically have peace because eSwitzerland will have no regions left.
- 4b) eSwitzerland will start a Resistance War in Romandie and liberate it.

Article VII: Penalties
1. If eSwitzerland breaks any of its provisions stated in Article II Section 1, eSlovenia will not return the deposit of 30 GOLD and 30,000 CHF. In addition, eSlovenia has the right to nullify this treaty.
2. If eSlovenia breaks any of its provisions stated in Article II Section 2, eSwitzerland has the right to nullify this treaty.
3. If both countries organise and agree on any other negotiations outside of these articles, Article VII will not be activated.
Article VIII: Signing Regulations
1. Both nations must pass this treaty through the President.
2. Upon the passing of this treaty, the Presidents of both eSwitzerland and eSlovenia must sign the treaty.
3. This treaty shall be renewed and amended every month.
