The tournament format for this conference is as follows:

During the first four weeks of the tournament, the teams stayed in their respective regions. The teams undergo a single round-robin where each team plays the other teams in their group once. The games of each group were played in the respective region's royal house's stadium. The top three teams per group qualified to the next round while the rest of the teams move on to the classification games. The teams will be ranked by win percentage. Ties will be broken by point difference, then by the scores in the games between the tied teams.

Group Stage

The 12 teams that qualified from the previous round were reshuffled into new groupings such that no teams from the same group or same group ranking in the previous round will be in the same group this round. The teams were also arranged such that the deviation between the average scores of the teams in the new groupings is minimized. The region of each group was chosen such that all the teams will be in a new region. During the next three weeks of the tournament, the teams stayed in their respective regions. This time, the teams undergo a double round-robin where each team plays the other teams in their group twice. The top two teams per group qualified to the next round while the rest of the teams move on to the classification games. The teams will be ranked by win percentage. Ties will be broken by point difference, then by the scores in the games between the tied teams. If the tie persists, tie-breaker game/s will be played.
