3Xpro was citizen of Poland. He was born at the end of summer 2008, a hard time for Poles. They lived on the Sweden's terrains, without the ability to make a resistance war.
On the battlefields
3Xpro showed himself at the battlefield during the resistance war in Little Poland (later the capital of ePoland). He did 465 damage.
After GROM was founded, 3Xpro quickly joined this military group. However, months later he quitted from it. From the 27th of May, 2010, he is a co-founder (with miudyk and palenie_zabija) of the group called TMNPDK - their motto was I hold urine, will not go to the toilet.
At the time he was one of the strongest Polish soldiers - he could do easily 700 dmg in one hit.
In Congress
3Xpro ran for the Congress 13 times, but only eight times became a Congressmen. The first time, when he tried to become a Congressmen, was in November 2008. He managed to get 41 votes - second result in the Sweden.

In the government
3Xpro twice times was the member of the government. He always was interested in economic module, so him being in the Ministry of Economy and Finances is rather a natural event.
The first time he was in the government under miudyk (April 2009), he was a viceminister under legendary carbon. A year later he again found himself in the government, now under Ariakis, as a Minister of Economy and Finances.
