4epT served in the PEACE GC military and made the transition of Russia from PEACE to PHOENIX, and was president in the change. He had won 1 battle hero medal and one resistance hero medal for his work in the military of PEACE. Surprisingly, 4epT's strength is not that high.
Presidency and Impact
4epT was the president of Russia in December when PHOENIX was formed, and brought his country into that alliance. December was also a month of heated conflicts in Asia during WWIV, but things went bad for PHOENIX and Russia that month. An impeachment vote was brought again 4epT and failed. Only a day later, the president was banned for owning multiple accounts. Since impeachment had failed a day before, now Russia could not impeach a dead president and were powerless for at least a week.
Russia failure to operate in this week was how the United States managed to do most of its liberation efforts in China and India. Even after 4epT had been banned and impeachment failed, another impeachment vote was brought up and failed again. Some congressman thought that the vice president would be worse off than having no president at all. With two failed impeachment votes failed, Russia was essentially a helpless country in December.
