Add Croatia movement

The Add Croatia Movement was a movement by citizens in eRepublik to add the country of Croatia to the game. Croatians had been playing eRepublik for some time. Croatians had settled across the New World, including the United Kingdom, USA and Czech Republic.

To show their political will an numbers, Croatians moved en masse to South Africa and took over the country politically, leading to the South African Independence Movement, the creation of the South African Independence League, the breakaway nation Independent South African Republic and the establishment of Zockyism as a political doctrine.

The Croatians also created many petitions [1] and [2] in the forums (which are no longer available because they were in the Beta Forums).

Success

On November 26, 2008, it was announced in the eRepublik Insider[3] that Croatia would be added to the New World on 9 December 2008.
