The presence of each raw material in the country of the producing company, will benefit production of weapon raw materials (and weapons) by a certain percent, depending on the rarity of the resource. Neodymium provides 30% bonus, cobalt 25%, wolfram 20%, titanium 15% and magnesium 10%.
