Akabeko (赤べこ, Red Cow) was an organization started by Dareru Danoshi to help the nation of Japan prosper by hosting fun services and events.

Requirements to work / saved as a part of history

• At least 1 skill level in manufacturing to be hired.
• Wellness no less than 40 at all times.
• Please work using the best wellness you can.
• Cannot miss 3 days of work in one week without proper notice ahead of time.

Akabeko does not have time to message everyone about the chance that they will get fired, but will do so when time is available. All others will just be fired on the spot.

Pay Rates

Pay is according to daily Wellness and productivity. If an employee falls behind on work or consistently works with low wellness, the employee will get a pay cut with no exceptions or notice. Pay can be regained by working with proper standards for a short time.

Starting Pay Rate

Akabeko Food Source starts off every employee at 3JPY per work day. Usually the following day or so, management will change your pay higher or lower accordingly to your wellness and productivity. Usually the pay rate of 3JPY will be kept on an employee with average production quality, whether the employee deserves it or not.

Dispute Resolution Policy

All Akabeko employees have the right to send a message to Dareru Danoshi to give suggestions or question a recent action made by the Org. Messages should follow the following template to help make the reading of your message clear:

Message: 
Please describe your <question, concern, or problem> here at the start 
and then follow up with extra information and reasons for your <question, 
concern, or problem>. 
Please do not include any foul language or personal information as it is 
not desired.

Akabeko is required to reply to your message with a proper response within a week, thus no message will be ignored.

Messages from the Org

If you get a message from Akabeko, you are required to reply to it as soon as possible unless stated otherwise. If Akabeko has taken time to message you, it is important that you reply back in a swift and orderly manner.
