Alberta is a region in Canada and its capital is Edmonton.

History

On July 27 it was occupied by France and ceded to the United Kingdom on July 30 as part of strategic maneuvers during the PEACE Global Community's advancement on the continent during the Summer of 2009. Control later returned to Canada during August of 2009.
