Anarcho-Communist Party was the first far-left party in Icon-Ukraine.png Ukraine.

It was created on the 15th of October, 2009 on the basis of the former Ukrainian New Life Party, thanks to the ideological struggles of comrades Describer, Dmitry Odinets, Yol-I-luk and willingness to cooperate shown by the old guard of UNLP - Gelios, Armanych and General Duke.

In February 2010 they ran a couple of party members under Buddhists (Буддистов) party as they were outside of the top 5.

In March 2010, there was a political takeover of the party and the party was renamed BO Svoboda which dropped the party well outside of the top 5[1]. The new winner of the March party election decided to rebrand the party Anarcho-Communists of Ukraine, the name and image that they held for a few months before becoming ACPU - The Legend and trying to regain the previous top 5 status.
