Employment
Andrew McWilliams has excellent land skill (not that far behind Bogdan Adamutz) and is a valued employee (although next to none have offered to support such a statement in public). He has received 13 Hard Worker medals and, unless his big mouth decides otherwise, he will look to add more.
Politics
Andrew was an active member of Partidul Liberal. He was elected Party president and has served 2 terms as a Party president of Partidul Liberal.
Andrew won Congress elections and has served 11 terms as a member of Congress in Romania as follows: 1 as Congressman of Central Transdunabia, 1 as Congressman of Taurida, 2 as Congressman of West Siberia, 5 as Congressman of Muntenia. Two "extra" medals (and the 10 gold that came along) were added as a bonus, critics say, for a job well done. Contesters invoke eRepublik bugs, but that's hogwash - everyone knows there are no such things as bugs in eRepublik.
He also won the Presidential elections and has served 1 term as President of Romania.
Among the non-official titles, Andrew has occupied the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Coordinator and National Bank Governor.
His was one of the most prolonged and boring political carriers eRomania has ever seen, but after serving as National Bank Governor, Andrew McWilliams managed to stash away a suitable nest egg with which to enjoy his well-earned retirement. As far as official statements go, McWilliams hinted he will take a break from politics for the time being, saying "No one ever heard of an old warhorse: you either die in the battle or you get old and start pulling the plough on the cornfield."
However, it is worth mentioning the fact that he would reconsider his position regarding politics if, quote "Partidul Liberal would be reduced to 5 people (all clones of mine), Romania would be reduced to a single province (Podolia) or OchiReci bought the big farm, upstairs" Analysts have pointed out that McWilliams might be needed back sooner than he would like to think.
Military
Andrew has been a member of Soimii Patriei for all his e-life. He has achieved a military rank of Field Marshal and was awarded 4 Super Soldier medals. Though the rank and strength may suggest an army man, things couldn't be any further from the truth. While political duty bound Andrew to Romania, military action was limited to regular fights from the home front. However, he has been known to fly the Big Bird in certain battles.
Ever since his retirement, McWilliams has been in Asturias, Spain, working the Iron mines. As such, he can rarely coordinate his fights with the majority of the SP soldiers. However, should a call to arms be made, he will most likely return to fight for the righteous.
Media
Mc's Will is a newspaper owned and published by Andrew McWilliams. There are close to 950 readers subscribed to this newspaper, though one must be realist and accept that at least 900 users subscribed to that ragged piece of media just because he was elected President. When confronted with the question "Are you aiming for Media Mogul while in term as President?", Andrew was quoted as replying "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn!". If anything, most users agree that the simple presence of Andrew in an article is enough to make people unsubscribe, regardless of the newspaper's quality.
Recently, there have been many who have criticized the way he writes his articles. These criticisms have been backed up by calls like "un-subscribed" or "un-voted" or "you suck!". While commendable, McWilliams has reminded his subscribers he writes an article based on what he feels, in the idea that writing makes one feel better; since the subscribers don't actually contribute to anything, they can subscribe, un-subscribe, re-subscribe and so on as they please.
When confronted with his "media" nemesis, namely Alex Craciun (may Admin rest his soul) and OchiReci, he simply said "They are not done with me, nor I with them."
