Aspiration Org was founded by Starks Hayter and Blair Kelly in March, 2009. The headquarters were located in the Southeast, Ireland

Soon after Aspiration Arms was founded, further rivalry spawned between the two founders. Starks Hayter felt that Blair Kelly, was interfering in the business Starks was doing through donation with different citizens and orgs. This resulted in Starks Hayter changing the password of the org to protect the interests of both managers.

Aspiration Org immediately opened a Q1 weapons company, Aspiration Arms, in the Wexford. The founders originally had a problem selling weapons, due to rivalry in the Irish weapons market. With some assistance in selling, the company managed to sell their weapons and making some profit.

Aspiration Gifts

Aspiration Gifts were purchased in late June 2009 in order to expand the organisation's Subsidiaries. The gifts company was located in Mindanao, Philippines. Here they produced and sold Q1 gifts.
