The Belgian Civilian Army (BCA) was a civilian army in Belgium. It was created on October 1, 2011 (Day 1411) with the funds from a Day 1406 donation to the state. On Day 1416, it was renamed from Belgian Special Forces. The Belgian Civilian Army is meant for Belgian citizens who do not want to be in a military with strict daily orders but still want to enjoy the advantages of being in a military.
