belzebut cel crunt is a citizen and politician of Romania.
He is considered by many as a father of Romanian Education, because he founded Ministry of Education, Romanian Welcoming Committee and the Romanian National Blog. He is former Minister of Education, about 10 times and he created the first illustrated tutorials from eRepublik.
4 years ago he created Romanian Welcoming Committee and nowdays eRepublik admins adapted his program and created the current Mentoring Program.
