Wellness can be seen as the health of your character. When your wellness becomes 0, your eRepublik citizen dies and the next time you try to log into your account, you will be informed about this and you have the opportunity to restart your life in eRepublik using the "Revive” button.   • Owning a house. Increases your wellness whenever your character eats the food. If you buy Q1 food and own a Q4 house you get a total of 5+ wellness daily.
  • Buying wellness packs which cost Icon - Gold.gif 2 GOLD and gives you 10 wellness.
  • Exchanging gifts with other citizens. Whenever you receive a gift from a friend, your wellness increases depending on the quality of the gift.
  • Not working or training for a few days but having food in your inventory. This is not recommended as it will hurt your companies productivity.
