Buitrago was a citizen of Spain.

He was born on October 1, 2009. After few days of asking for help in the comments of the press, several people sent him to the IAN IRC, where he met artdeis, great person who helped him to prosper in all that way.

In a few weeks, he moved to Peru where he found himself in a country with a tremendous crisis because they were suffering Take Over...

He was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs in Peru with a job to resolve the international crisis mounted by former Foreign Minister.

He returned to Spain where he received a proposition by DanielitoFC to be Minister for Integration!

He gladly accepted and made every effort to perform well in his new job.

May 2010: He was Minister of Integration four months. He left the office very happy with his work.

He was a member of FFAA españolas and eGuardia Civil.
