Captain Briggs was an Australian citizen, as well as a previous congress member of Pakistan and Switzerland. He was more well-known through his father, Pierric Bross, who was tragically assassinated during a PTO of Pakistan. He ran a newspaper, White Tiger Times, and was a card-carrying member of the Carebears group. He committed suicide on Day 1252 of eRepublik.
Politics
Captain Briggs was elected to the senate of Australia in August 2009 to represent Queensland under the Australian Independents. He was also elected as Deputy Speaker for the Senate.
He later moved to Switzerland and obtained citizen[1]. There he was elected into the congress of Switzerland in July 2010 to represent Deutschschweiz under the Swiss Neutrality Party, but quickly moved to another minority party, then known as the Swiss Furry Party.
This presented an 11 month gap between his ascensions to a congress position.
The Swiss Furry Party was taken over by Sminter and so Captain Briggs moved to the Swiss Liberal Party, where he re-ran and won the congress elections for his second straight term, again in Deutschschweiz. He repeated this feat, winning his third term in a row in Switzerland, as well as a representative for Deutschschweiz. Briggs cut this short, moving to his fathers previous home, Pakistan, just a day after his congress win and obtaining citizenship[2].
In Pakistan he joined Stone Ocean, where he ran for and won congress, making it his 4th consecutive congress term, and first in Pakistan, as a representative of Andhra Pradesh region. He later ran for the Party Presidency of Stone Ocean, which he won 12-10 over Max McFarland 2. He was made foreign ambassador to New Zealand during this term. During his second term in congress Briggs was made foreign ambassador to both China and the USA.
He later ran for and won the Party President elections of Steel Ball Run with 100% of the votes. He disbanded the party afterwards as per the countries ATO guidelines and did not re-run for congress in the December elections.
In January 2011, Captain Briggs ran for Congress in the Pakistani controlled region of Northern India, winning a seat with just one vote[3]. He later won the February 2011 congress elections in Eastern Thailand with two votes marking his forth term as a congressman in Pakistan[4].
