Carlesruiz was a member and chairman of the Unión de Ciudadanos de Centro, which he renamed as Ciudadan@s (C!) and a founding member of Ciudadanos y Democracia.
He coordinated the passage of more than 70 militants of the former UCC to the former AlianzaS, to form the new party. CyD was also representative to the Think Tank, and was involved heavily in the campaign by creating several videos to support the candidate agreed in the Think Tank and then president, taguaro.
He was shortly permanently banned for breaking the Rules.
