The Central Park is part of a city and an Energy center that every citizen owns after settling a residence and is located in the region of residency.
Currently, the central park gives the following effects:
- 50 energy pool - will expire 30 minutes after the citizen moves away from the region of residency
- +2 energy recovery - only active while located in the region of residency
