cesar augusto was a Spanish citizen, member of a political party Ciudadanos y Democracia and one term Congressman of CyD in Balearic Islands.
A former member of the UPL party, he was a candidate for the mayor of Toledo and a member of the La Mancha city council where he met Eisenhorn, who invited him to join Ciudadanos y Democracia. He become Congress member in December 2008.
