Charrito is a Spanish citizen born on July 30th 2008.

Founder of El Heraldo de Salamanca, one of the most popular newspapers in Spain. He was member of the Spanish government during the presidency of Cyberber in Dec. 2008, where he carried out responsabilities as member of the Ministry of Defense. He became congressman during January 2009 by Izquierda Democratica Española.

After reaching the presidency of Izquierda Democratica Española in April 2009, he was the in-game president of Spain in June 2009, during the "triunvirate" government.

He temporarily retired from politics after his presidency and left IDE, returning to the active political scene of Spain in August 2009 as one of the leading voices of the Spanish resistence against the French invasion
