Clifford Burns (3 September 2009) was a Swiss entrepreneur, politician and war veteran.

Career

On 10 September 2009 Clifford founded the CBN Journal and with Saturo & Partner the Curns SO.

On 11 October 2009 Clifford was CEO of the German Q4 food company X-Food +90. After a week of successful recapitalization of the X-Food +90, Clifford has on 18 October 2009 retired.

On 30 December 2009 Clifford opened the law office Burns Law Office in Switzerland. On 9 February 2010 the law office was moved.

Clifford Burns worked mainly as administrator and consultant of the Curns Group. Additionally, he was in charge of the Credit Default Swaps Exchange (CDSX) and monetary market business of the Curns Group.

Politics

As Theocratic Embassy in Switzerland was opened on 6 October 2009, Clifford tried unsuccessfully to close the Embassy, by making a campaign on the Swiss Forum.[1]. But Clifford continued his fight and on 31 October 2009 published in Switzerland, with the help of Pascal Couchepin, a detailed and important documentation of the Theocrats[2]. The documentation was deleted on 2 November 2009 due to the reason lack of evidence, as it is described in Citizen Laws 2.2.

On 13 November 2009 Clifford joined the Shaolin Monastery party, because he disagreed with the course of the selected Swiss government and Congress in October. Clifford criticized especially the EDEN joining and lack of encouragement for the business location Switzerland. Therefore Clifford ran on 23 November 2009 in Deutschschweiz for Congress and won on 25 November 2009 by 6 votes a seat.[3][4]

Clifford ran on 13 December 2009 for party president of Shaolin Monastery party and won the elections on 15 December 2009 with 17 votes [5]. On 16 December 2009, Clifford changed the party name in Swiss Neutrality Party and the party logo.

On 16 December 2009 the Swiss congressman Clifford was indicted by the Swiss Minister of Economy Eleriel to the Swiss federal court. The indictment was violation of the CoC (As of 9 December 2009): Art. 21 Granting citizenship can't be done unless first contacting the president, vice-president, or Minister of Immigration/vMoIM, failure to do so will result in a summons to the supreme court. In the trial Swiss Vice-President Ilestis and the Swiss congressman Clifford were questioned as witnesses. After over 5 hours of court hearings, the Federal Court has acquitted Clifford.[6]

After the election victory Clifford has intensely involved in the reorganization of Swiss Neutrality Party as the party president and has published on 18 December 2009 the latest changes in the new party newspaper - SNP News.[7]

After the first Congress mandate in Switzerland, Clifford run on 22 December 2009 in Deutschschweiz for Congress again and won a seat on 25 December 2009 by 7 votes.[8][9]

On 25 December 2009 the Swiss congressman Clifford was indicted by the Swiss congressman, resp. Minister of Foreign Affairs, resp. party president of the SLP, JNArno to the Swiss federal court. In the trial many witnesses and the Swiss congressman Clifford were questioned. After over 5 hours of court hearings, the Federal Court has acquitted Clifford.[10]

On 31 December 2009 Clifford proposed a law proposal in Swiss Congress, which enabled to close the theocratic embassy in Switzerland and forbidden Switzerland any collaboration with the Theocrats.[11] On 1 January 2009 the Swiss Congress has accepted the law with 9 to 3 votes.[12] The theocratic embassy, after the voting, inevitable was closed.

Clifford ran on 14 January 2010 for party president of Swiss Neutrality Party and won the election on 15 January 2010 with 24 votes [13]. The party president election was accompanied by an hostile PTO attempt by the Swiss Liberal Party and was successfully prevented.

After the second Congress mandate in Switzerland, Clifford run on 20 January 2010 in Deutschschweiz for Congress again.[14] But as the Swiss Neutrality Party had already communicated a few weeks earlier, Deutschschweiz was given to Spain on 24 January 2010, so the congressional elections in this region could not be performed.

For the resistance war in Graubunden, Clifford resigned as party president of the Swiss Neutrality Party on 12 February 2010 and fought on the side of the resistance.

On February 2010 ran Clifford for a third Congress mandate in Switzerland (Deutschschweiz) and won a seat on 26 February 2010 with 5 votes.[15]

On 14 March 2010 Clifford was elected to Federal Councillor and took over the Federal Department of Finance (FDF) and the Federal Department of Economic Affairs (FDEA). He was appointed by President of the Swiss Confederation Walther Rathenau.[16]

On March 2010 Clifford ran for a fourth Congress mandate in Switzerland (Deutschschweiz) and won a seat on 26 March 2010 with 4 votes.[17][18]

On 5 April 2010 Clifford was elected to Federal Councillor and took over the Federal Department of Finance (FDF) and the Federal Department of Economic Affairs (FDEA). He was appointed by President of the Swiss Confederation Arschmann. On 15 April 2010 Clifford retired from FDEA.[19]

On April 2010 Clifford ran for a fifth Congress mandate in Switzerland (Deutschschweiz) and won a seat on 26 April 2010 with 6 votes.[20]

On May 2010 Clifford ran for a sixth Congress mandate in Switzerland (Deutschschweiz) and won a seat on 26 May 2010 with 4 votes.[21]

On June 6 Clifford was elected as President of the Swiss Confederation with 181 votes and retired subsequently as Swiss Congressman.[22]

On July 6 Clifford was reelected as President of the Swiss Confederation with 241 votes and continued his second term successful. [23]

After two terms as President of the Swiss Confederation, Clifford was on August 6, 2010 elected as Federal Judge for the Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland by Swiss National Council with 6 votes.[24]

On August 16, 2010 Clifford Burns resign from the Swiss Neutrality Party and joined the Alti Eidgenossenschafts Partei which was founded by Phil Sid at the same day. Phil Sid nominated Clifford Burns as the new party strategist.[25]
