Originally a citizen of Italy and an influential politician.
On the 5th of January 2009, Colinar (once the Head of Military) was elected as the new President of Italy but after a brief period of 48 hours a call for impeachment was cast by the runner-up of the election Pier4reich. The vote was successful and Pier4reich become the new President of Italy, provoking the adverse reaction of many of the voters of Colinar.
He has moved to South Korea where he was elected President in September 2009.
With South Korea back on the map and presidential elections of September 2009 the very next day, the Theocrats were well prepared, and their candidate, Colinar, defeated long-time South Korean resident Alfagrem by a 2-to-1 margin.
