On the 5th of January 2009, Colinar (once the Head of Military) was elected as the new President of Italy but after a brief period of 48 hours a call for impeachment was cast by the runner-up of the election pier4reich. The vote was successful and pier4reich become the new President of Italy, provoking the adverse reaction of many of the voters of Colinar.

With South Korea back on the map and presidential elections of September 2009 the very next day, the Theocrats were well prepared, and their candidate, Colinar, defeated long-time South Korean resident Alfagrem by a 2-to-1 margin. With the Presidency and Congress in their pocket, Theocrats fought a war with Japan to maintain control of the country and to gain regions; despite Japan's best efforts and momentary wins, they ultimately were unable to retake South Korea. In the September Congressional elections, the Theocrats cemented political power with a much more convincing win than in August. Many who were loyal to the indigenous South Korean community left in disgust.

He was elected in the Congress and has served 8 terms as a Congressman.

Military

In June 2008, with the election of Dio Akira as President of Italy, a total re-organization of the army was proposed by Colinar.

The new army, directed by the CIC (Commander in Chief, in Italian CdSM), was divided into three commands (Armata) and each Armata in groups of 10 soldiers (Divisione).

Each Armata and Divisione had a senior officer responsible for delivering orders and supplies, and an ORG (corresponding to the Armata or Divisione) used by the senior officers to easily absolve their duty.

Along with the structural overhaul, a reform regarding the supply for the Italian Army was carried on by Dio Akira, from now on (with variation) the Italian Army will stipulate contracts with various companies that will provide weapons through peace and war times, avoiding the fluctuation of prices in the free-market.

Once the reform was completed, Colinar became the first Commander in Chief of the Italian Army.

Colinar became the first Commander In Chief of the Italian Army. During his commanding period the Italian Army was mostly deployed in overseas wars such as:

Hero of Indian Independence War in Battle for Karnataka

He has achieved a military rank of Icon rank Titan*.png Titan*.
