Community officers (more commonly referred to as admins) are members of the eRepublik Labs staff. They are in charge of customer support, posting announcements (mainly game changes) on the forum and maintaining various game projects, such as moderators program, translators program, mentorship program, Plato foundation, official discord server, etc.
You can find some of them in The moderating team section of the forum (labelled as administrators).
