The first Congress of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) was inaugurated on 26 March 2009 (eDay 492), a day after the first Congress elections in BiH were held.
In 2009, citizens voted for an individual party Congress candidate in a certain region, Congress elections were held on the 25th of the month and Congress was inaugurated one day later - on the 26th. Data from early Bosnia and Herzegovina Congress elections was, unfortunately, mostly lost due to the changes in the in-game political module.
