在國際管理頁面，議員可以進入Donate page 捐獻頁面，然後:
- 輸入接收方組織號名字
- 輸入數值(最多400.000貨幣)
- 輸入討論區鏈接
當議員提出捐獻議案後，該數額的金幣/貨幣會被從國庫帳戶轉出。 （由系統保留）
如果接收方的組織號不存在，該議員會看到提示消息: "The Organization that you are trying to donate money does not exist."（你想捐助的組織不存在。）
如果該議案得以通過，接收方組織號會收到議案裡提議的資金數額，並會接收到提示。如果該議案被拒，系統保留的資金會回到國庫內。
