Democratic League was the second party to be created in India. It consisted of Spanish people who had come to India to help India grow as they did not like how Spain was run at that time.
For the first couple of months party was very active trying to help India develop but then they became completely inactive. Eventually, when India was conquered the party ended up in Indonesia as it was rebranded as Partai Kami Sama.
