The second occasion occurred the following month, when Droopy32 received 101 votes (44.10% of the total votes). On both occasions, he represented the Parti Social Démocrate party.

In 2010, sometime between April 16 and April 20, Droopy32 created a new party in France, called the Culte du Vin Chez Droopy32 (Cult of Droopy32). As he was the party founder, he immediately became the party president of this party.
