==Origins==

The eFree State Credit Union (or FSCU) was founded on Day 600 by small-state advocate [[Rex Object]], who also made the initial deposits (totaling 10 [[gold]]) into the FSCU's operating budget; Mr. Object also provided the organizing fee of 5 gold. The creation of the FSCU was announced the same day in the eFree State Report, with the caveat that the [[organization]] was still in the forumlative stages.
