Fallen citizen is a commemorating frame added by the Admins to every citizen who died in the real-life.
This commemorative frame was added after an outpour of articles by citizens requesting something to memorize all of the fallen citizens, after young citizen super soldier passed away[1][2].
After a couple of days, Admins approved the request for the super soldier and they are continuously adding the Fallen Citizen Angel's Wings[3][4][5].
