Frank Zafka was born outside Brno, Moravia to parents Marjeta and Damek Zafka January 29, 2010. After Polish/Slovakian aggression destroyed his homeland, Zafka answered the call to service and fought bravely as part of the resistance. His underground publication, The Chequered Eagle, became a voice of reason in response to the misinformation following the rise of President Mossad. Mossad noticed this good work, and appointed Zafka to the Ministry of Communication.

With RL Czech and eCzech President Michal Malkovsky as his biggest supporter, Frank became a congressman in late April of 2010. He then set to work fixing the harm caused by a recent Romanian PTO.
