Garmr is a prominent former citizen of the Netherlands, who moved to the USA because of his strong anti-ONE feelings, together with other prominent Dutch citizens like Epix, Auggustus, Antiko and Trical. He served two consecutive terms as the 19th President of the Netherlands, two consecutive terms as the 23rd President of the Netherlands, a term as the 37th President of the Netherlands and a final term as 64th President of the Netherlands

He is considered the main and most effective defensive system against invasion against the Netherlands during 2009, 2010 and 2011. He was Commander of the The Great Cornholio.

While in the USA, he was a member of We The People and United States Armed Forces. In 2015 he returns back to the Netherlands for a short time, and then he returned back in April 2015 to the States and becomes a member of USWP and 3rd Regiment Captain in Easy Company. In May 2018, Garmr announced that he will be running for the President^[1], however, he didn't end up on the ticket^[2].
