Bitorino was elected 4 times Portuguese Congress Member for Partido Portugal ([1]).

He was elected for the Portuguese Congress in November 2011, with 17 votes ([2]). In December 2011 he has reelected with 12 votes ([3]). He was relected in January 2012 with 11 votes ([4]) and in February 2012 with 12 votes ([5]).

He always run for congress for the region of North of Portugal.

Party

Bitorino was elected for the first time president of Partido Portugal in January 2012, receiving 54 votes in 64 elegible votes ([6]). He runs for party presidency with Jorge Moreira, slogru, Jorto, zeca12345 and Tiago Barbosa.

In February 2012, Bitorino was reelected Partido Portugal president with 63 votes in 83 elegible votes ([7]). This time he runs for party presidency with To ze silva, Dtktuga and extocha.
