A General Manager of a company is its owner. To become a General Manager, you must purchase or create a business.

General managers can work in ALL companies they own. To do that you must go My places - Company and press "Work as manager" button. When working as manager, you will work like you're an employee. However you will lose 10 points of energy per company (companies) in which you will be working.
