Article 1 – Forum registration bonus
- 1. All citizens of the Netherlands can request a forum registration bonus after registering on the national forum.
- 2. This has to be done within 14 days after registering their account on the forum.
- 3. The forum registration bonus amounts to 100 NLG.
- 4. Newly forum-registrants can claim after their initial bonus an extra 50 NLG every month on the forum, for the duration of the next three months.
Article 2 - Newspaper Subsidy
- 1. All legal citizens of the Netherlands can request a Newspaper subsidy for opening a new Newspaper.
- 2. Only legal citizens without a Newspaper can request the Newspaper subsidy.
- 3. The Newspaper subsidy amounts 2 golds and can only be used for buying a Newspaper on the account of the requesting citizen.
- 4. The Minister of Home Affairs or the Minister of Information will handle the subsidy request.
- 5. The Newspaper subsidy funds can only be used for the Newspaper subsidy.
