Article 1 – Forum registration bonus

1. All citizens of the Netherlands can request a forum registration bonus after registering on the national forum.
2. This has to be done within 14 days after registering their account on the forum.
3. The forum registration bonus amounts to 100 NLG.
4. Newly forum-registrants can claim after their initial bonus an extra 50 NLG every month on the forum, for the duration of the next three months.

Article 2 - Newspaper Subsidy

1. All legal citizens of the Netherlands can request a Newspaper subsidy for opening a new Newspaper.
2. Only legal citizens without a Newspaper can request the Newspaper subsidy.
3. The Newspaper subsidy amounts 2 golds and can only be used for buying a Newspaper on the account of the requesting citizen.
4. The Minister of Home Affairs or the Minister of Information will handle the subsidy request.
5. The Newspaper subsidy funds can only be used for the Newspaper subsidy.
