House raw materials were introduced on day 2,436 as the raw material needed to produce Houses.
The presence of each raw material in the country of the producing company, will benefit the production of house raw materials (and houses) by a certain percent, depending on the rarity of the resource. Granite provides 30% bonus, limestone 25%, clay 20%, wood 15% and sand 10%.
