Civilna Brigada is not an usual paramilitary unit with companies, commands... They are civilians. Their members fight WHEN and WHERE they want. They just must to have their avatar inside the box of red and white tiles.

Formation

Agrammon had an idea: "On my part I can say how idea was born. I simply wanted that civilians be joined in one organization where they can see what they represent in battles, because often is on civilians being looked negligiblepart, and lights of stage was always being put on military units, but we slowly see that civilians contribute nice amount of damage in battles, like in other aspects of game, production, enrichment (private, indirect and national)." dSoKre sponsored the project: he gave money for opening a MU.
