iNCi

iNCi is shorthand for "incisozluk", the Turkish 4chan that the players originally used to communicate with outside of eRepublik. In Turkish "inci" is the Turkish word for pearl, and the word "sozluk" means dictionary.
iNCi members often spell their name using the "cCc" or "ccc" meme on each side of their handles, example: cCc iNCi cCc.
The strigiforme is most commonly identified with the iNCi party, as such the group is often referred to colloquially as "owls".
